abs solenoid

I've just started tearing things down to get ready for my rebuilt engine, and while i'm at it I want to/need to replace a stuck soleoid in my ABS control unit. For the two months it was stuck before I popped the motor, I was driving around with the fuse pulled, but I'd like to have my ABS back.

I checked the dealer (haha!) and they told me I'd have to buy a whole new ABS unit for I think $1300. Obviously, they are on really good crack. However, I don't know where to go for this solenoid.

Also, I don't even know if there is more than one in the unit, etc etc. I know NOTHING about the ABS system.

(For background, the ABS light was always on and the control unit would continue "buzzing" even when the car was shut off. Initially, disconnecting the battery and resetting it worked, but now it's always on unless I yank the fuse).

Is there a write-up on doing this anywhere? I did a search, but all I found was "I have this problem" but no solution/instructions on how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated!
