ABS Light

Maybe somebody could give me a help with my abs light.

After being towed (to get the car started again) my abs light is on and stays on, I cleaned the sensors but nothing so far, anybody who knows what I can do.

Regards,

Rogier

Could be a couple of things. When the brake fluid is low it illuminate the ABS light to warn you of the issue. And you coulda blown the fuse to the ABS as well.

But definitely try getting on the brakes really hard to see if the ABS kicks in. If it does, it's probably the fluid and not the fuse.

I had the same thing happen after trying to push start my car, no useful responses yet as to how to turn it off on a 93. Apparently 94's had a way to check the ABS error codes and then clear them.

Thanks guys, I will check that as soon as my parts are on the engine. I dont know if it locks up cant remember try that asap. Could it be that it will go on because my cap is broken and not on it.
