I'm sure someone does, if not i'm sure there are people just a little bit north of you that'll do them too. But you should try posting in the west section for best results.
or just buy one from ebay. there's always someone selling the JDM original ones for average $100 to $300. depending on the seller. I got mine for $140 after shipping and it was in great condition. My friend did, and I don't know the details, but he says it was a good decision. I'm actually a little frustrated that I can't understand anything about my car. I'm a good driver, but figuring out the car has always been too difficult for me

Maybe that's okay for a girl, but I feel silly constantly asking my guy friends for help. I couldn't even get the interior LED lights installed, even though everyone thinks it's an easy task. What do you guys think? Should I do some reading, or is there any courses out there? IDK, I just want to feel confident in this endeavor. Any suggestions? I'm desperate!
Your friend did what exactly… taillight conversion?
That’s a pretty involve modification imo. To the extent that, some years ago there were a couple of members who with practice and experience were doing it as a side-gig for other members. So don’t beat yourself up too bad for not being comfortable taking it on.
Instead of worrying about modding taillights and installing LEDs, maybe just focus on learning to maintain the car properly if you want to “figure out the car”. Download the Factory Service Manual and learn the search function and you’ll ‘understand the car’.
