'99 spec spring rates?

'99 spec spring rates?
Anybody know the front and rear spring rates for the '99 spec?
I know the rear springs are at least different because I found a different part number: F141-28-011
Mazdaspeed Motorsports doesn't have the info

Mazda Motorsports doesn't seem too interested in providing specs for anything. I have been waiting for more than two months for information regarding the differences between the 93 and 94/95 springs. They say that they will look into it, and then they never get back to me.
