I don't mean to sound cheap but why are they so damn expensive...i mean I know they are adjustable and all...but geez its just fiberglass isnt it? I have wanted one of these for 5 years now but never seem to be able to part with at least $700 when there are so many other goodies to buy for my fd.

Any thoughts?

because THAT'S how they get you! any cheap knock offs? anything OEM is insane because they are always marked up insane ammounts.

i wonder how much it would cost to actually build an rx7 to totally stock specs with all brand new stock parts... probably like 100k.

 

and they also come painted.

You can probably sell off unnecessary body parts & organs, too. For the price of a kidney, some fingers, and maybe a non-smoking lung you could prob get a 20b

 

fyi...the oem 99 spoilers are NOT fiberglass...they're made of polyurethane but the vis knockoff is fiberglass.

 

what oem part is not expensive? Look up the mazda price on r1 spoilers.

I know a place up here that has 10 brand new fd doors and I think they are around 1000, I don't know if thats good or not, just to let you know.

 

do the bumpers come painted as well?
