I thought this write up was pretty good. Though in it, he already has the pre-existing holes from the other wing so I don't know how much it will help.

You could probably trade someone a hatch that has the holes already in it as there are always people wanting to go wingless.

What color car do you have? Do you have a rear wiper?

I just lined it up with the old holes, however there will be a pair of extra holes you will have to drill.

For reference i downloaded a bunch of 99 spec pictures from here and the internet and used those.

the four outside holes should be able to be measured without removing the stock wing. the bolts can be seen without removing the interior hatch panel
