99 spec lights convert em?

i have apair of 99 speclights i got from respecttheseven, (good part). i luv em! but i was thinkin, and i wanna open em up to lay carbon fiber vinyl over em. any ideas?

Arrow open em up

dude, grab ur cheapest heat gun and set it on low, be PATIENT. and the glue that holds them together will soften. trace the shape of the light with the gun for around 5 minutes and keep the gun roughly 3 inches-5inches away. then grab a butter knife and they will pop right open! hope i helped.

interesting idea; but, would you be able to notice black carbon fiber inside the already tinted housing on the tail lights? umm.... would the juice bet worth the squeeze?....

it looks really good imo...

mark koch made some but I would just use a 93-95 FD standard lights and do the conversion instead of altering the 99 spec lights.
