99 Spec foglights

Can anyone tell me the type of bulb in the 99 Spec foglights?

I believe it is an H3 bulb but can anyone positively confirm?

I'm almost positive it is an H3 bulb. I believe any foglight has this same bulb size.

...and I was going to install H3 HID bulbs in to them. I'd still recommend confirming as it's been awhile since I changed my set-up.

Whats the difference between the old and the 99 spec? The ones on my 93 suck. I got all excited to use them when some thick fog rolled in only to be disappointed.
