99 spec bumper plate install

I have the 99 spec bumper and rebar. I must mount a front plate per state law and was wondring how that was done on the 99spec bumpers. Obviously, there are holes but they are not threaded. Is there an oem part for this?

How did you guys do it? Did you use a special mount? A license plate frame?

Thanks!

Use the clip bolts like the ones that hold the bumper on to hold a piece of aluminum bar stock, drill and tap the aluminum piece to suit the licence plate and you are done, add any licence plate cover or frame and you are done. Mine looks great.

Has someone devised a clever mount that will either hinge or flex back when under way, so the front air scoop is not blocked (but you have a legal front plate?)
