Lightbulb 99 spec bumper: Front parking lights?

Tried doing a search for these but to no avail.

What's the part number for 99 spec bumper front parking lights?
One of my parking lights is about to go and I need to replace em.

Are they available at Autozone/Pepboys/etc?

Given that the 99+ rx-7s were never sold in dealerships in the USA I doubt that you will find any 99 spec parts at pep boys/autozone. As far as a part number is concerned it won't due you any good because your average store/dealership can't/won't get them for you.

Just get them from after market vendors like the rx7 store, cosport, ebay, ect. But make sure you know whether you have authentic or replica bumper lights. Because with the authentic ones you need an adapter while the replicas are plug and play.

I'm thinking he's talking about the bulb. In this case, the bulbs should be easy to find if you can take the original out.

Lightbulb

Sorry guys, jasonn is right. To clarify, I need new bulbs for the parking lights themselves. Just wondering if there's a specific bulb I need to get for the 99 spec bumpers.

Are the 99 spec parking light bulbs already interchangeable with the bulbs for the 93-95 bumpers? The 99 spec bumper already came installed with my FD when I got it first, so I'm not so sure.

How hard is it to just remove the light and look at it yourself? It takes less time to do that than to make a thread.

How hard is it to post a non-answer?

If I was next to my car, I can obviously do it no problem. I'm 1,200 miles away for the holidays man. So creating this thread will save me time when I get back. Thought this would be a quick answer.

The parking lights on the 99 spec bumper are the same as the 93 - 96 bumper, or 168/194 bulbs. The front turn signals take a T20 wedge style bulb.

^ Yes, but know that most of what you find in Pep Boys or a store like that are going to be pretty dim. The rule of thumb here is to buy the brightest you can get.

Superbrightleds.com has a really good reference guide that allows you to sort the bulbs from highest brightness to lowest so you can compare light output to cost. For example, the 194 style bulbs range from a very low 5 lumen output to an outstanding (and probably too bright) 350 lumens. The 350 lumen bulbs are $26.95 per bulb while the 5 lumen ones are around $1 si you get what you pay for.

My personal favorite that balances brightness with cost are:

https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...edge-base/206/

They have 100 lumens and only cost $5.95 per bulb. I think those would do nicely. Or you could go all out and get the 350 lumen ones at $26.95 per bulb and never look back

And for the T20 (7440) turn signal bulbs, go with any of the ones above 200 lumens.

After reviewing all of the new high brightness options, I think it is time for me to upgrade!

A bit off topic, but I dont want to resurrect or start a new thread for a similar topic.

Anyone know of a vendor that still has replica 99spec front bumper turn lights? (The ones with the black inner housings, that actually look OEM)

Rx7store, ebay, etc are all out. I even contacted some of the ebay vendors directly and most of them moved out of Taiwan and dont sell them anymore. Weird

All over google the black housings are ''out of stock''. The crome and smoked housings are still available though
