Does the 95 cars, this one is red have clear coat or no?

I think the Montego Blue cars regardless of year must have a clear coat because I was told that the green metallic flakes are in the (otherwise clear) topcoat. Don’t know about any of the other colors, though.

People have said that VR (Vintage Red) FDs do not come with a clearcoat but my 95 sure seems to have one. The mirrors definitely don't though....
