Dang, I posted this at work, and I've already got a crap load of responses! Thanks for the responses gentlemen. I believe that I'm better than an average driver, I know this guy flew F-14's in the Air Force and is pressing into his 40's. I'm only 22, but he's such an arrogant ***, I need to put him in his place. I've got a Fluidyne coming in with some Samco coolant lines, and I'm tuning up the motor with spark plugs and wires, Denso Iridium plugs and MSD wires.
The next mod will definately be the Power FC and Commander from Apex-i. I'm sticking with Apex-i as much as possible, and keeping it JDM as much as possible. It's good when you have a friend who owns his own distribution company....
Thanks again for the info, and when the race goes down, either drag or open road, I'll post the results.

As for JDM, save that for the Hondas and Nissans.

There are a couple parts that I will stick with A-Spec (fluydine radiator, MSD plug wires, and some others), but for the type of discounts I get through my distributor I'd rather get JDM. The whole "keepin it real" thing comes to mind. I'm not doggin on the American companies that make great aftermarket and OEM parts, but that's the direction I want to go with the FD3S. I've been waiting 6 years to get my hands on one, and the time is right in my life as far as financials and other events are concerned.
