94 rx7 block off plates

Please Help I bought a set of block off plates from someone off the internet, but he only gave me the plates...no instructions or the resistors...does anyone know where I can find these. Thanks Glenn....jetmech77@hotmail.com

I should have went through him he was only charging around 100. But I thought I could go with this other guys "deal".
