Talking 93 Touring W/ Sunroof Question...

Don't shoot me.

okay, nextly I'm checking out a 93 touring, sunroof, obviously.

anyway, the owner hadn't noticed this, because he never used the sunroof, but now that I've pointed it out, we're both wondering about it. With the sunroof closed, windows up, when we close the door, the moonroof pops up. it doesn't stick up, it just kinda flops up then back down. this is obviously an act of depressurizing the cabin, however I was curious as to wether or not it was normal, and how to fix it if its abnormal.

also would this be a problem cruising at highway speeds, then closing the sunroof? as in, would it stick open?

thanks fellas,

Brian

thanks, it won't cause problems on the highway? like..windows up, and trying to close the sunroof? I only ask because my friend used to tourment us in his eclipse, closing the windows first then the moonroof making our ears pop...so its obviously a tight seal...just curious

thanks again, Mahjik

If you even remotely think that is a problem just wait till you purchase one. Then you'll know what a real problem is. lol

I'll go tell Jack I can't buy his car because montego said FD's are garbage.

just kidding, I'm well prepared for the maintnence of the car, as with all sports cars, you gotta maintain them properly otherwise they are a garage ournament.

thanks though fellas...

It's not a problem. The roof motor is strong enough to close it at speed.
