ok well, ive got new spark plugs and it still wont start.
when i was testing the new plugs, i happened to leave the trailing in and i happen to see fire shoot out the leading plug holes (i had them out and grounded to check if the spark was strong enough)
later i pulled the plug wires to the 2nd rotor and cranked it, and the first rotor tried to kick (tried to run)
i replaced rotor 2's plug wires and removed rotor 1's plug wires, rotor 2 wouldnt kick like rotor 1 would, i have a feeling i have some sortof seal blown in rotor 2, being since the cold compression check was 120-120-120 on rotor 1, and 90-60-60 on rotor 2.
