It's a rotary engine, man. It's not gonna get great gas mileage. I was seriously trying to help you, either get a hybrid or just suck it up and take your 20mp/gallon.

If you think there were some "talking ****", then search next time. Alot of previous threads on this subject and you could have answered your own question. As indicated by the link, 20 mpg on a relatively stock engine at crusing highway speeds isn't that great and many owners get/got much better.
