93 FD clutch jam

I have put together the transmission to the engine. now clutch paddle cant be press and it jam. but if I open the clutch bleed valve, the paddle will go down. Is there any known problems with the fork or clutch?

The FD has a pull type clutch, if you haven't engaged the throwout bearing to the pressure plate, the slave cylinder will extend all the way out and jam up.

Remove the slave cylinder, engage the throwout bearing, then replace the slave.

Search around on this, it's been covered in depth.
