93 crank, no start any ideas?

Alright, ive got a problem with getting my fd started and need some help.

Im am getting no fuel pump relay operation, and no circuit opening relay operation as well. The ECU is not providing good grounds to the relays.

***For reference I removed all the emissions equipment, and associated VSV's. I Installed the full block off kit from banzai http://www.banzai-racing.com/how-to_FD_BOP.htm aside from the omp. And I am going to run modified stock twins with the simplified vacuum diagram. Other wise, i am going to be running near stock boost and a factory ECU.***

I've checked and cleaned all the grounds, at the battery, drivers fender well, drivers side block, near the coils under the UIM, on the UIM near the firewall, from the UIM to the firewall, as well as the grounds going to pins: 4A, 4B, and 4C.

I also checked source power to the pcm and it is recieving power to pin: 1A where else should I check?

I've checked all the fuses concerning the relay circuits and all are good and providing power to the inopperable relays. I also tested continuity between the relay bosses and pcm and are all less than 0.3 ohm.

Any Idea how I can get my car up and going again? Is there a plug that needs to be jumped after removing the solenoids or something? Im stumped...

Thanks a bunch for any help.

If you removed the emission related pins from the ECU connector at the end of the engine harness you might double check those. It would be an easy mistake, especially with poor lighting.

Thats just the thing, I didnt remove any pins from the ecu. I just unplugged them taped the connectors up and removed the solenoid rack. Sorry I didnt specify, and thanks for the quick help. The car is collecting dust and everyday this goes unsolved drives me nuts. Im begining to think that the problem is the pcm.... not outputting grounds. (relay control, injector pulse, etc)

But are you sure you unplugged the correct ones? As I recall, a couple are are pretty close in terms of color combinations to ones that you don't want to disconnect.

I'm not sure that's your problem, I just figured it was something to check.
