850 primary LINK

Did the search, just need a working link to the actual installion technique for 850 cc primary swap. So far the threads just indicate milling 1/8" of the rail for proper seating....is there anything else?

If I remember, Cut the end of the nozzles that house the injectors even with the tip of the injector. VERY IMPORTANT check or replace the lower o rings on the injectors. You'll stick the injector in the rail and it might seem tight. The problem is, the top fits snug and the bottom usually doesn't seal to tight. I had to double up on o ring to make it snug. If the bottom doesn't seal properly it could leak into the block if it has fuel pressure. That means, if you turn the car on and let it sit, without starting it, it could spray unwanted fuel...ect.

That's about it.

I did not mill the rail and it appears to be holding up on the dyno. However, I recommended doing it the right way, because I am constantly checking under the UIM out of paranoia.
