NY from 800rpm to 1300rpm ????

when i start her up she starts to idle at about 800rpm at about 3 to 5 minutes later she jumps to 1300rpm and stays there and will not come down.I checked vacuum hoses and i don't seem to find anything loose or put of place.any suggestions?

If the idle is raising by itself you most likely have a problem with the idle air control valve

i just had a sigh of relief when you said that....i feel emotionally for rx7s pain when ppl run a stock ECU on a full exhaust I'M THIRSTY
