Question 7 acts weird

when hes cold he starts up fine. but after a nice long run i turn him off let him cool down and after a few hours of cooling off he really hard to start. any ideas suggestions?. Faulty coolant sensor maybe?

How the hell would a fuel filter cause this problem?

You might want to do a compression test. I had a similar problem and it turned out my engine was pretty much worn out.
