7-5-7...... Wanna make a quick $25 bucks?

I have tried everything short of simply replacing the wastegates.

Does anyone have a picture of the vacume lines and how they should look in reference to the pre-controle and the primary wastegates?

I have tried boost pills, I have no leaks boost or vacume, all my couplers are new or in good working order.

I am almost positive there is some problem with the primary wastegate acuation as I am not seeing anything above 8 psi. I have a downpipe and intake.

PLEASE help, I want this car to feel strong and run like she should.

P.S. If your repsonse helps me solve this issue I will paypal you $25 for your time.

First thing I'd do is double-triple-check all of these hoses....

Are you 100% sure you have the pills in your lines?

I'm sure this will turn out to be something tiny... a cracked hose or something hooked up backwards... Just keep doublechecking and testing things.

Catalytic converter. My boost pattern was almost identical to yours and my cat was dead/clogged.

your pattern shifting seems to be fine, ur just 3 lbs low. Check your cat.

first check for leaks. it really sounds like your missing your wasegate and precontrol pills though. like was stated above ^ ^

when you run a boost controller and its shut off you see this pattern

The cat is another good idea - but usually it's the precat that clogs up, causing the issue... Although - the precat can disintegrate eventually, filling up the main cat with junk and blockin it.

Good idea to check though! How hot is the main cat after some normal driving? It should be hot, but not like super-burning-glowing-hot. Don't burn yourself trying to test this haah. My friend had a clogged precat, and that thing was insanely hot even after normal driving.

I am going to check the cat. We removed the precat after we owned the car for a month. There is a pettit downpipe on there now.

Also, I know there is a pill in the lines! The car is a 1995 and has a C series turbo with the restrictors built in. I also attempted many diffrent boost pills of varying sizes to try and solve this issue with no change.

I have a feeling there is something wrong with the vacume lines somewhere. Maybe something is connected wrong or something is not working propperly. Is there a boost selenoid or a boost controller on the car somewhere that I could test?

Make sure your wastegate and precontrol solenoids are plugged in correctly.

Also make sure the arm of the wastegate actuator is actually connected to the valve. (There is an e-clip that sometimes pops off)

Lots more info here:

Yes, there are tests for the wastegate and pre-control solenoids. I'll attach one. As far as those, you have verified that you have the right harness connectors onto the right solenoid? The wastegate and pre-control solenoids are right next to each other, and their respective connectors can be switched.
