7-5-12 Boost pattern!!!!Help
Ok my car is at M2 performace right now because of this problem. They can only get to it on Friday so I decided to see if you guys could help me at all with this problem. Then hopefully if I can tell them where to check first, it will save me some labor dollars
Here's the problem
7-5-12 boost pattern
Most of the time when I get on it I hear a soft whisling sound until about 6000rpm then the car pulls hard and the sound goes away. This seems to go along with the strange boost pattern. But then I can also be getting on it, hear the whisling sound, immediately release the throttle, hit it again, the sounds gone and the car boosts fine. What the hell! From searching I have seen that it could be a check valve or the CRV. What do you guys think? Remember with the Apexi FMIC and power intake 2 of the check valves are already gone(so says M2)
Any advice?
Thanks in advance.

If I were you, I would keep quiet let M2 do their job. You don't want to **** them off by instructing them to look something over that they either already now, or don't see necessary. 7-5-12 points to the watesgate control system. They know that, and should find it within an hour.
Why should I keep quiet?
I took the car there and they have had it for 3 days and still have not fixed the problem. TooBusy! I do understand this and thats why I am not pissed off. But they said it would take 6 to 7 hours to fix it. I just wanted some advice to make the work go alittle quicker. Ever since the main mechanic working there DOUG left I think they might be overworked and not quite as knowledgable as they were before. Why do you think SCC will not have any work done there anymore!
So does anyone have any constructive comments besides more comments like the one above?
Please

I hate to tell ya, but i agree with spooledUP7. One thing would be to bitch about false promises about when they would do the work. But trying to tell them how to do their job? I don't think so. Imagine if you were them, and a customer was like "yeah, i talked to some guys over the internet and they think that its something to do with.....blah blah blah" It would go in one ear, and out the other. Meanwhile they would probably push off your car longer.
Sorry man, no disrespect intended.
