5th Gear Grind?

My 5th gear is grinding.......It's done it a few times and if I just put it in slowly it used to do it every once and awhile now its becoming more frequent. What do I do to get rid of it and why has this happend?

Do a search on 5th gear syncro. Common problem. It just needs replacing.

no problem, it's like a $5 dollar part. Except that you have to remove the transmission and open it up to get to it. lol

I've been told that Redline MTL works well to keep grinds away (it doesn't fix the problem though).
