Im doing a 5speed conversion in my fd . but getting ahold of the pedals is a pita..

Will the JDM pedals work in the car? Or are they different?

They are different, but they can be modified to work. I haven't done it, it's just what I have understood from other members.

I saw a brake pedal on eBay for 75 bucks. You might check there and if it is still available you could order a clutch pedal new from Malloy Mazda.
