413whp on BNR Stage 3 Twins
I wanted to share some recent dyno numbers of a car that was built in my shop a while ago. Mods are the following:
IRP Stage 3 aggressive street ported and race clearance motor will all Mazda oem seals, springs, gaskets, and bearings.
BNR Stage 3 turbos run sequentially.
Custom V mount.
Full Function Engineering FD stepup kit with ID2000 injectors.
Power FC
AEM methanol injection.
HKS Twinpower.
3" downpipe, RX-7 Store midpipe, Apexi GT catback.
During our dyno day the other week the car put down 413 corrected wheel hp @ 16lbs on its highest run on our Mustang Dyno. Next up we are going to tune out the dip during transition and turn up the boost. Might even go for the sequential record. Please note the O2 sensor fell out the exhaust hence the lost AFR near the top of the dyno sheet.

Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing a new sequential turbo record!

I just had my car tune from lucky 7.Here is my mod street port motor BNR stage 3 running seq, hks twin power, aem water injector with 500cc nozzle ,550cc primeary injector ,full function secondary fuel rail with 1700cc injector ,greddy smic, supra fuel pump,SS Hi-Flow Catalytic ,racing beat catback exhaust all 9s spark plug and rewire fuel pump, boost @ 1.04 bar i think is like 15 psi and my HP power is so depressing it only make 310 wheel HP .

Peak numbers are good, but the transition is far too extreme, dropping to around 8psi. The boost seems stable after transition, so the power & torque fluctuations are indicating an ignition issue or way too much fuel and/or water/meth being injected.
Lexxs- the RB catback is very restrictive, mate that to a high flow cat for more restriction and the power comes down a lot.

There is no information to work with there. Reality is, that just prevents you from changing anything or seeing what the settings are, it can however easily be deleted and reset to the base map.
Basically any major air flow mods and the car should at least have the tune verified.

Yes the car is an absolute blast to drive esp. at the 1.36 (as seen on PFC) high boost setting!
John Renna tuned the car over the weekend for a high boost of 1.36 and the car flies! With the transition smoothed out you can barely feel it!
Planning to get it on the Dyno with Ihor at IRP and crush this BNR Stage 3 Sequential record (apparently 429 RWHP on a DynoJet which of that's correct I have already beat it based on the Mustang to DynoJet correction).
Regardless I'm going to see what the twin beast puts down at 1.36!
