Under the hood looks good. The body kit stuff...sometimes TOO much is TOO much. The car looks unballanced, instead of one flowing unit. When I look at this FD I see sections of the car (bumper, wing, hood, etc) instead of the beauty she is ment to be.

loi's car made 403rwhp at 14lb, the injector duty were 75%. his motor is brand new, it has about 850 miles on it when it took it to xs . In a month or so he will go back to retune. the goal is 450whp with 91 pump gas. at 1.1 bar the injector duty cycle should hit in the 80% range. i don't think it's over kill at all. what is vosko and jspecracer 7 running? similar to loi's i think?

it should be less than 80% actually, at 1.1 bar. I have almost the same setup except I'm running 1 Bar with 550/1600, and I hit 71% ID at 1 Bar 438 RWHP
450 RWHP is easily within 8% ID

Actually 1000cc/min works fine at idle. I use 950cc/min for the primary and I can lean it out to 12.5-13.0 a/f which is the mazda recommended a/f ratio at idle. I have been driving my car like for for 1 1/2 years. 950cc/min primary and 1300cc/min secondary.

The stock primaries are 550 for a reason. It provides better fuel economy at low rpms (the secondaries only come on line after the boost builds). That is why most highly modified FDs use the 550/1300, 550/1600, or 850/1600 combinations. Cars can achieve 450 rwhp easily with the 550/1300 combination with room to spare.
I'm sure I can dig up the injector pulse calculations, but the bottom line is this: This car will always be pissing fuel out the exhaust at idle because there is no way cut back the injector pulse enough to run correctly. Having sufficient fuel is one thing, having too much will present a whole new set of problems.

The CF sideskirts are $700 a pair. If I can do a group buy and sell more than 10 sets, I can drop the price to $550 a pair.

Personally I would want to make some sort of grilles for the hood vents so people can't stick their hands in there and such. That and I'd be afraid to drive in the rain.

i dont think he's running a t04r. (although the turbo placement and piping looks identical to the t04r kit)
He mentioned a while back that its hks "t04 hi fi".
T04s??
i could be mistaken however..going strictly off memory here.
