on the 4th one, the picture is pretty bad but this is usually not there. It looks like a plug, it is probably where an aftermarket sensor was put before for a water temp gauge and then the sensor was removed and they plugged the hole. If it is a sensor, it doesn't seem to have wire coming out of it.

There usually is nothing there, just plain aluminum

the other 3 are good

It is the thermosensor for the auto transmission. I believe it is used for torque convertor lock-up.

I dont belive this was an aftermarket sensor. the harness had a connector in it for this. The wiring harness got burned to a crisp in the infamous rx7 engine fire. im rebuilding this harness and cannot identify what wire went to this sensor.. it HAD a single wire comming out of it which was brittle and broke durring disassembly. Thx

Like I said earlier, it's a thermo sensor for the auto transmission.
