4-5 psi secondary injectors loose pulse

I dropped my car off at a rotary shop and on the dyno at around 4-5 psi of boost the car is consistently loosing pulse on the secondary injectors. On the dyno I have new vaccum hoses, new turbos, new plugs, etc etc. what could be causing this? Could it be a sensor? Please help. I dont have any numbers from the dyno sheets yet, but the shop has informed me to seek help on the forum.

Thanks

Chris
