3rd gear primary turbo not building boost.
1st and 2nd gear both boost perfectly.
but in 3rd ill go WOT and will get maybe 1-2 psi on the primary untill the secondary comes online at 4500 and then I get normal boost.
What could be causing this if it the system works perfectly in 1st and 2nd.
