I got the impression the secondary rail didn't have a stock ground. Disconnect your O2 ! Especially if you have a PMC or programmable ECU. When I get a keyboard or software, I'll just lean out a little at part throttle. Who cares about closed loop anyway ? If it worked better that's one thing, but it seems to be at the heart of the 3k (and other) hesitations.
