333rwhp - what 1/4mile time?

just bought a 93 that dynoed at 333rwhp and was wondering what kind of 1/4 mile times I may be able to expect based on others with similar output.

Thanks.

Sounds good. Has a 4.33 rear end - how much would that change things?

itll drop you a couple tenths. i see you at 12 flat maybe some 11's. its a damn fast car that much i can tell you.

edit: check out the 1/4 mile slips at the top of the forum, read through them and you will see what gets you where.

um, 333 is good for 12's.

of course it also depends on how good of a driver you are really.

Does that mean 300hp should be a rough 12.9 with street radials?

yeah i ran 12.7 with 300 rwhp....i have heard of better too. Obviously tires are very important. if u want a "good" time u need slicks or drag radials.

edit: the 12.7 was on street tires.

what MPH? I'm running low 12s on stock boost, but i doubt i have much over 300rwhp. I trap 111. What would 333 rwhp do as far as MPH in the 1/4. I think thats more important.

F'ing exactly. Best thing about the car in everyday driving situations. The power merge.
Someone tries not to let you in, and you're like, sorry chief.
I love that, and not typically into that kind of behavior. i had a 69 Camaro try to block me last summer. I made him look like crap. Well, actually that car still looks good getting beat, but you know what I mean.

I'd say so, especially considering that with intake and downpipe I was seeing 12psi before getting an ECU... I also was nowhere near 300hp.

I'd want to see a mods list and know if the car was equipped with a boost gauge.

not wanting to hijack the thread....i was just asking for a mph on 333rwhp. i was shocked when i ran the times i did on stock boost too...but i guess its not that abnormal. here's a post about my setup though.

360rwhp is good for 120mph....he did make one hell of a pass though to run an 11.4 with 360rwhp. My friend has 347rwhp and ran a 12.5@117 with a slipping clutch. His car should be good for low low 12's, if not high 11's. Stock ported motor, stock twins, basic bolt ons.

My car is at the shop today getting re-tuned...rumor from previous owner was 427rwhp @ 14psi....we'll see. I took it up there on Monday, but she was having a fuel pressure problem, so I had to leave it there....but they were supposed to have it all good to go and tuned today. Hopefully. Now I just need to learn how to launch with these 4.77's.

i disagree...i dont think 360 rwehop gets over 120 mph traps.
i trap 116mph with 340 ...and the numbers work perfectly.

Brooks went to the track all the time. He has a Viper now. He was one of the first people to achieve that level of performance back in the late 90's. Now this is common place. He is a good guy and do not doubt his times for an instant. I have even spoken to Cam Worth about Brooks on occasion. Brooks broke many parts but did well at the dragstrip.
