3 gauge holder in orange car in turbo& hi-PO

Does anyone know where to get that 3 gauge holder, that is located where the passenger air bags are supposed to be?
Or what make that is? It is in the orange fd in last months Turbo & Hi-Performance Mag.

Where and how much?

THX

Actually..if im not mistaken..its made by apexi (but not available in north america)
I remember reading that somewhere..but i may be mistaken.
Looks like it'd only fit 94 + as well because the passenger air bag can be removed to fit it.
