2nd turbo not coming online?!

Hello,

I am having some trouble figuring out what is going on!!

I have steady power from 0- about 5000, then it kinda dies off and is just kinda feels like its not getting boost. I am guessing it is because of something to do with the 2nd turbo either not coming online, or a boost leak from this turbo.

Has anyone experienced anything like this, and any ideas where to start?

Thanks!

the soleniod will be on your soleniod rack under yer upper intake manifold . You wont be able to check it without taking off the manifold i believe.

if yer new to roterys i would take it to a pro, i wouldnt play around with it. try to find a rotery specialist in the area...not a dealership.

you should download the FSM (factory service manual) so that you at least have an idea of what components the stock twin turbo system has, yeah, take it to some local rotary specialist if you can, don't go to a dealership

There are some good links under the Turbo Troubleshooting section.

I use to have a similar problem as well. I checked the rat's nest and found that one hose popped off. The hose that popped off on mine just happened to be with in reach so I didn't have to remove anything to fix it. You may want to do a visual inspection first if you haven't already done so.
