2nd turbo is a goober

Well first turbo is 10 psi....once i hit around 4700-5000 rpms....the boost just drops like a sum bich....about 3-5 psi to be exact I know there is a secondary post up right now...but ive read like most of the first page but i dont have time to read the rest because im going to school. Somenights it also will smoke a little comming from the left side close to the firewall....near the turbo(hoping it's not the turbo itself). we first saw it onenight after raising hell and we saw it actually enter the interior while we were in it....it was dark out and the interior light was on and we barely saw it...but could smell it. It smells like burning oil and i also have oil coating some of the walls in my intercooler pipes and the elbow going into the throttle body.....could this all be related? Thanks a lot.
