2500rpm. Idle

2500rpm. Idle
I always love making new problems while trying to fix old problems. I had the UIM off, put it back on and now my idle is at 2500rpms. Checked all lines going into the UIM and around anything I messed with. I cannot hear an audible leak either. Can the UIM gasket leak without an obvious noise to get my idle up to 2500?
Also, after I let her run and shut her down for about a half an hour and start her back up, the idle settles down to 1000rpms, but will sometimes try and run away up to 1500 before the computer cuts it off back down to 1000, this repeats about 5 times until it settles back to 1000. My original idle was around 800.

3. You can adjust the idle using the adjustment screws
4. Make sure you don't have a vacuum leak
Also, you can search for "high idle" and you should get a million results.
