Simple questions:
1) If i'm idling and i remove the line to the MAP sensor, will this *HURT* anything, or just make it run weird and smoke? (i've had mine off before on accident)
2) I know the upper manifold has a tendency to blow the stock paper gasket, and I think this might have happened to mine since I've seen smoke come out around this area. If I order a new one from Mazda, will it be the metal gasket? If not, where would be a source for that.

1) doesn't hurt anything...mine popped out a few times..just idle like crap.

2) yes, it would be a metal gasket. I didn't have any problem but I replaced mine to that metal one anyway. One of my PMs...
