Cncmotors. Yea they had good service. The engine came with the transmision and ecu but the oil tank was caved in just a little which was kinda expected because it came a long way.

Who would you guys recomend for an engine rebuild in Cali on my second engine that's currently running for now, luck7 racing or rotary power?

^you'll have better luck asking that question in the West section, and also try a search

Re: the rough running, what is the engine vacuum and what does the car idle at? Get a proper compression test with a rotary tester--if youre around 100 psi on all faces I'm not sure you need to worry about a rebuild right now.
