I've been running Power FCs in a few cars out of my shop and they've been great but have run into a problem with one...
My friend's FD wouldn't start for some reason so I drove on down to VA to check it out and brought a stock ECU just in case, (I bring that and certain tools when I need to go check out FDs for any weird problems)

Anyway it would crank over fine and was getting fuel, and would get it to sortof run but not hold idle at all. The car has been running great for about 6 months with the PFC and then this happens with no changes being done. I checked all grounds as par for the course and then swapped out the ECU for the hell of it, it started right up and idled fine.

I'm gonna give Lockhead a call tomorrow since it's one he did for me at SR and see what he thinks, but I thought I'd throw this out here to see if anyone has had this happen...

 

Make sure the settings for the MAP sensor are correct and the injector sizes are correct too.

 

I'll go through all the settings tonight to check everything but I don't know how any settings would have got changed... I do any tuning for him so he doesn't even have a commander in the car to make any himself. And it's been running on the same settings for over 6 months now. It's very strange but hopefully I'll figure it out and let you guys know if there's an actual problem with the PFC...
