On 1st gear boost from 10psi to 0 and then to 10psi
Team, I need help.
Im having some boost problems . This only happens in first gear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On first gear the boost goes way up to 10psi but right when it hits 5k it drops down to 0psi and then suddenly back up to 10psi at around 6k. Im thinking its my ECU thats not reading something right but then again its only in first gear. Maybe the turbo control actuator, hose leak? I need to get this fixed ASAP, not the type to just let it slide. couldnt sleep all night. I still love my car!

A leaky pressure/vacuum chamber ? I can never remember which it is, and now I don't have one so I'll probably never remember!!! (gone single))
Anyways, the little black box just in front of your manifold, if it leaking may also cause this, although usually it will cause a total lack of secondary turbo just in first gear (ask Badog). Test it by hooking up a vaccuum pump and plugging one of the holes, see if it holds or leaks. Also check the one-way valve that runs into that chamber.
