Is there a difference between cali vs non-cali '95 ECUs? I have a 5-speed non-cali '95 and my ECU is marked N3D8. My understanding is that "N3D" denotes the '95 model year-does anyone know what the "8" means? I know they got rid of the EGR in 1995 but I'm not positive if there are any other diffs between cali & non-cali. '95s. Thanks.
