GA 1994 jspec project questions

Hello, I have some questions for the rx7 club world. I recently (legally) imported a 1994 jspec efini rx7. The drive train is out and the engine needs a rebuild. My question is A should I rebuild it stock B rebuild it with a stage two/three set up with stock twin turbos or C build up the engine and vehicle for a single turbo. I am planning on selling it after I properly break it in and make sure everything is kosher. What do you guys think? I'm open to any and all advice for this build.

Depends on your goals, if you plan to get it running then dump it I would just do that.

Do whatever it needs to get it running nicely then sell it on. Let the next owner modify it how they want

Stock setup would be best for resell value.

That's what I was thinking as well. Let the next owner make it what he/she wants it to be. Thanks for the input guys, it helps a lot.
