1993 Mazda rx7 Auto to manual swap question

Hello everyone i just recently became owner of a 1993 Rx-7 i am doing a auto to manual swap i know their is a write up on here but there are still some questions and concerns i still have one is that my transmission that i bought has that plug or connector but i was cut so i have just two small pig tail out but what is that i know their is another one what do those things do i been trying to look for them in manuals but know luck i apologize i don't know whats the technical term for it im new to the FD never worked on one so im just trying to learn more about it and second thing is when i bough the transmission the guy i bought it off from told me that the PPf for auto and manual are the same i dont know if its true if anyone can clear these questions for me i would really really appreciate it. thanks in advance.

IIRC there should be pig-tails for the 1-2 switch, reverse switch (back-up lights) and the neutral switch on the transmission....plus the odometer. Never involved with a swap. Not sure about harness differences but this should help....
