18x10 rear PIC on FD?????????????

Hey what do I have to ask for to get that "deep dish" look for the rear tires and not in the front tires. Also I want 18x10's in the rear and front but I dont want it to rub like crazy so should I stick with 18x9's in the fronts? And what off set would I have to get. I was thinkin about getting the blitz z2 tech's?
