11 volts to pumps!
11 volts to pumps!
I put 2 warlbors in parallel so to support the extra pull that the pump would pull i ran a 12 guage wire frmo the resistor that is under the master cylindar to the back of the pumps. Th reason behind this is that the pumps arent on all the time and dont always need 12 volts. But anyways i tested that 12 gauges wire i ran and its only getting 11 volts. How can i fix that? and not have the pumps running at full blast all the time? thanks

I had the same issue, so this is what I did. I am running my walbro on the stock circut, and running my stock pump directly off the battery, with a switch, and fuse. This way when I need the extra pressure, all I have to do is flip the switch. That gives a full 13.5 to 14 volts when I need it on the stock pump. I just leave it off during normal driving. I mainly use it at the track.

Check for voltage drops across the ground wire, fuel pump relay(s), and even the damn fuse. Electrical contact points like relay reeds, switch contacts, and fuse connections can get dirty and/or worn out and become more resistive.
