That only lists exterior color, I'd be interested to see the stats on ext/int color combinations produced.

our cars would be rare 10 years from now as well as they are today..i do alot of traveling throughout the week and i have seen an fd on the road maybe once a month, at the same area too..

10 years from now, our cars will be like the old school 280z, its hard to find one but if you do, its either about to die or all spanked up nice and runs great..kinda like our cars now hahaha

Way more rare. Highschool kids are already driving them and crashing them (no offense, I almost bought one too back then.)

I thought the yellow R1 in 93 was the rarest color and model? Oh well, still only about 13,000 FDs ever made it to the states. They may just be extinct by then. Well I hope I still have mine.

I don't feel like my car is one of a kind anymore, , 5k red fd's, I should have looked for a less common color.

Ok...now that we know the total number of FD's in the USA...lets try to find out the total number of FD's period.!!!
I doubt they sold more than 14,000 FD's in the Japan, European and Australian market...but who knows?

Question, are the brilliant black R1's black/black/black? Mines all black so is it different than the black/tan?

i imagine in another 10 years that prices will either decline more or stay around the same which means youngins can buy them.
so in other words numbers will probably decline quickly as the prices drop.
