Can someone help me where this wire goes
im a newbie and when i bought the car it was in pieces and im down to installing the battery

Theres a long wire and short with a plug
The 2 silver tip connectors do the both go to the alternator

Please avoid using "Help me..." in the thread titles. I changed it to better reflect your request. Second, what are you a newbie in? Could you please clarify your question.

Are you asking if the grey connector and terminal in the green box go to the Alternator? And where does the terminal in the red box go?


Where do these connectors go?


I can partly answer this. The connectors inside the green box go to the Alternator. The terminal in the red box could go to the chassis or a battery terminal. I am not 100% on the red box item.

Thanks for the help i didnt know that the wire will stretch all the way to the alternator

But the other connector its connected to a main fuse box im kinda 99% that this is suppose to be with the + terminal of the battery

As a reminder, the black wire with yellow stripe is the ground wire. It should connect between chassis ground and the Negative (-) battery terminal.
