hey guys well i have a ap engineering pfc that we put in today. before the car started up fine, i did the air intake sensor move, and im wondering if i have those 4 hoses going into the UIM wrong or something, when i start the car its fine but when i press on the gas there seems to be no power, just alot of poping and back firing type noise, can anyone help

well it was one of my frined on the forum, all we did was dump the base maps in could we have done something wrong ,
i hope that explain things so you guys can understand pleasea let me know

I would totally say MAP sensor. Start with the simple stuff first.

Push comes to shove plug your stock ECU back in to rule out the PFC.

well my friend said that the base mape was really really rich, map sensor, i have to book but were is that and is it hard to swap out, i mean the car ran fine just 2 weeks ago and it was sitting for that time, i took the uim off and i think everything is back together im going ot look at it in more detail tommorow im off, thanks for your imput guys

there is a problem with the map
check the injector sizes and also the settings for the injectors on the same screen on the commander

SO IF AP ENGINEERING tuned that PFC for the FC then the injectors could be off, is that what your sayng yea man its like all i got wat POP POP no rrrroooommmmmm nothing but POP

ummm yea something like that

just reset the pfc for sure if you have stock injectors in your car
it's an injector setting problem

Hey But Surge Even If We Put The Base Maps In We Still Need To Reset Right, Or In Other Words We Cant Just Through A Map And Then Thats It Im Totally New To The Pfc So Thank For Your Help,

reseting the pfc makes it default to the basemap
just reset it
