You still have air in the system. Check and make sure you also don't have a leak in any of the lines or fittings you replaced.

Did you drain all the way? I hope it's not your Master. Either that, or more simple, you just have air in the system.

it seem that you have air in the system try bleeding it at the master cylinder and the abs unit. I heard that if you have air in the abs unit you cant get it out with regular brake bleeding because the air can not compress so the only thing it do is go to the highest point of the piping.

it's air in the system. Get a friend. Have them get in the car and pump the brakes over and over until it gets a full pedal. Now you go to the bleeder valves and have the friend continue the pumping and hold the pedal to down. Crack the bleeder valve. Some break fluid will come out and the pedal will go to the floor. They need to keep the pedal on the floor. Then you tighten the bleeder valve back up IMMEDIATELY. Do this 2 times on each wheel and you'll be set. Be sure to put in a bit more brake fluid as you're gonna lose some.

There's other ways to do it but that's how I do it. In fact, I just did it the other night. 15 mins top. It might help to turn the car on so the brakes are easier to pump.

^ +1 to using his technique. Unless you do it exactly right you'll always have air in the lines.

Consider adding speed bleeders to the car or using a brake reservoir pump if you don't have a helper handy when you need to do this job.
