I had dinner with Garfinkle last night and he brought me one of the braces, this is with out question the best oil pan brace on the market right now. Everything about it is top notch. Kit comes with all bolts needed, O-ring for oil level sensor (which has to be removed to install) and pointers for installation. I think David mentioned that the kit is selling for $100 shipped, which I can tell you from my involvement; David is making very little to no money on this group buy. If you get a chance to get in on it, do so. After this initial run I’m sure the price will have to go up.
The fit on the motor I have on the bench is perfect. From the laser cutting to the milling everything is right on the money, no filing, no bending, and no frustrations .
If I get a chance today, I will take pictures of it installed on a motor.
Two things I would suggest;
Have your motor mounts machined down 3/16th if you are running a strut brace and paint or powder coat the oil pan brace.

while i am a week away from installing the brace on my motor i couldn't resist fitting it to a spare pan i had lying around...
OEM fit. are you sure these brace aren't a late upgrade from Mazda? maybe Garf is just grinding the PN off.
i would say that it will be important to spend 30 minutes and get your pan dead flat before installing. also it will be important to put the exactly correct torque on the pan bolts and do them in the old "X" sequence.
another plus is you can ditch the oilpan sensor and use a blockoff or weld it shut. less front weight.
